What Is Beautiful?

I was just sitting here, wondering about this ... what do people consider "beautiful?"  Well, I decided to find out by searching Yahoo Images for the word "beautiful."  Here is some of what I found*:


































I think I'll do another "what is ... " thread soon.  I already have a theme in mind.  If you have suggestions for a theme, I'd love to hear them.


*All of these photos had "beautiful" as the title or part of the title.

Somehow, when I look at that guy with the fish, "beautiful" isn't what comes to mind. It is most accurate for some of them though.

You should try "What is Stupid?". The first page of images was enough to make me giggle.

That's why I like the guy with the fish ... different things are beautiful to different people. Some like trains, some like daschunds ... some like trout. Hmmm ... trout ... maybe "what is delicious" ...

Ok, now I just feel mean. Beauty IS in the eye of the beholder.

It's impossible to not smile every time you look at that baby in the last picture.
